Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is an incredible place to visit at the Islands of Adventure, Universal Orlando Resort. If you have grown up reading J.K Rowling's bestsellers, you will probably love to experience the awe-inspiring Hogwarts castle here. You'll also be delighted to know that there are plenty of rides here for Potter fans to enjoy, including the Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey. The spellbinding exhilarating 3D motion simulation coaster allows the guests to travel through breathtaking scenes and iconic environments with Harry, Ron, Hermione, and other characters. The ride itself is a combination of roller coaster and simulator — it's thrilling & incredibly realistic.

Jurassic World VelociCoaster

If you want to blend the thrills of the Jurassic World movie franchise with the adrenaline rush that comes from riding roller coasters, then you need to experience Islands of Adventure's new ride: the VelociCoaster. The fun new ride was unveiled in the summer and is located in the park's Jurassic Park area with an immersive queue experience. Named after the infamous raptor, hungry for humans, you will be traveling at speeds of up to 70 miles per hour. The ride goes from 0 to 50mph in just 2 seconds in the beginning while racing against full-size versions of the creature along the way! Measuring in at almost 4,700 feet, you'll be able to experience multiple 'airtime,' making it more intense!

The Incredible Hulk Coaster

The Incredible Hulk Coaster has been thrilling fun-seekers since 1999. This ride is one of the most famous in the park and was voted #1 roller coaster soon after its launch. The ride lasts about 2 minutes and 15 seconds and has a top speed of 67 miles per hour. It was built by Bolliger & Mabillard, and it features a launch that sends riders from 0 to 40 miles/hour in 2 seconds. Don't expect much from the storyline or queue, though – those are just minor details. What matters most is the ride itself, and it more than makes up for any shortcomings elsewhere. Just remember to bring a healthy sense of adventure – you're going to need it as it is not for the faint of heart, as per Arthur Levine of About.com.

Hagrid's Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure

Hagrid's Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure takes the traditional roller coaster and turns it on its head by combining it with an exciting adventure that will make riders feel like they're really on a motorbike flying through the Forbidden Forest. Whether picking the sidecar or the motorbike, you'll be hanging onto your lap bar as the ride becomes intense. It is one of the 16 roller coasters in the world that lets you ride on top of a motorbike and the most expensive roller coaster ever built with a budget of $300million. This seven-launch motorbike roller coaster is located at the Hogsmeade section of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. A thrilling adventure of twists, turns, and loops combined with an immersive storyline make Hagrid's Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure unlike any other amusement park attraction.
